WCATY Programs are designed by hard working WCATY People from across Wisconsin.  WCATY brings together teachers, administrators, students, and supporters of gifted education to implement dynamic programming throughout the state. Some of us can be found at the WCATY offices on the  University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Our offices are open between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
